【Remarks】

To manage crowd control, each school is allowed a maximum of 2 accompanying staff members in the waiting area, in addition to the participating students.

(Additional individuals such as parents or teaching assistants may pick up/drop off participants outside the venue before/after the competition.)

All attendees must comply with the event and venue regulations.

No eating is permitted in the competition area.

Personal data collected will be used solely for competition purposes.

The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional use.

The organizer reserves the final decision-making authority.
【Notes】
* Primary school students must be picked up and dropped off by teachers/parents/guardians.
**If participants fail to attend on the competition day, they will be deemed to have forfeited their participation and the registration fee will not be refunded.
